In 2000, we saw an opportunity. Having come from one of the "big" headhunters, we watched how clients and candidates were used as a means to an end. Rather than valuing people, the other guys valued money -- quick money. We decided that there was a better way to help both employers and potential team members, and we started our company on a core set of principals centered around people, thus the name, Connecting People.

We've never strayed from those core pricincipals. We value individuals, long term relationships and providing legendary service to our clients and candidates.
